Below you will find our policies and recommended studio etiquette that will help everyone have the best possible experience.  We also ask that you check out our FAQ pages prior to your appointment for tips, facts and general helpful information about your appointment.

Appointment Policies:  

Canceling / Rescheduling

 As a courtesy to our staff professionals, and so that we may accommodate other client needs, please give at least 24 hours notice (with the exception of permanent makeup / microblading appointments, require 48 hour notice) if cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.  A credit card is required to secure an appointment. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations, the following fees will be applied to your card:

~Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges. 

~A minimum of $25 (up to 100% of service fee) of your scheduled service[s] will be required with less than a 24 hour notice. 

~Same-day changes /missed appointments/ No Show policy: Fees are dependent on service type – minimum $25 charge up to 100% of service fee of your scheduled service[s] will be required for NO-SHOW NO-CALL or Less than 24 hour Reschedule/Cancellations.

~ No-Show/ Cancellation fees applied are non transferable, non refundable, minimum $25 charge up to 100% of service fee of your scheduled service[s].  

~unfortunately, late arrivals may not receive their full scheduled treatment time. If you are 10 minutes or more late and do not call, you will be marked as a No-Show and charged a fee.  If we need to reschedule for more than 10 minutes late a minimum $25 fee will be charged.  We try very hard to keep our appointments on time, so please call if you are running late. 

~No Refunds:  We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction & do our utmost as humanly possible to provide great customer service.

Confirmations via Email and Text

As a courtesy, we will send an email or text to confirm your appointment immediately after booking. A reminder will also be sent via email two business days prior to your appointment date & a text reminder the day before. Please ensure that we have your current email address and mobile number on file. It remains your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and cancellation fees.

Microblading / PMU

If you need to reschedule call & speak with us 48hrs prior to your appointment.  After 48hrs and/or after 1 reschedule or No Show - deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to secure another appointment.  Deposits are non refundable.

Intake Information

To facilitate a relaxing experience, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment. As a new client, you will be asked to complete a questionnaire that gives us the necessary health information to safely meet your skincare and/or waxing needs.  This information is used only for treatment purposes and is completely confidential. You may be asked to update this paperwork.  


we love them but…….we ask that you not bring them with you to your appointment so we can focus on you & your service.  Also, for their safety & providing our utmost quality of service & relaxation for all our guests, children cannot be left unattended in the waiting area.  A client that is scheduled for a service that arrives with young children (age 12 or younger) will be asked to reschedule and may be charged 100% of the scheduled services – minimum $25 charge. 

Your Entourage

Only the guest receiving the service will be in the procedure room.  We highly regard Sanitary and Health Department regulations along with your privacy being of utmost concern.  Please meet your guest after your service.. Thank you in advance.

Cell Phones

For everyone’s relaxation, we ask that all phones and electronic devices be adjusted to a "silent" setting, if you must answer please use a quiet voice. 

We want all of our guests to have a peaceful and relaxing experience. We request that you lower your voice when talking so as not to disturb the other guests.

Packages and Gift Certificates

All treatment packages are non-refundable and are to be used on the treatment purchased within the usage period.

Gift certificates are non-refundable and have a 12 month expiration date from date of purchase. They can be redeemed for products, services and gratuity​.



Only one per person, one per visit unless otherwise noted. Discounts, promos and coupons cannot be combined.  


Retail Products

There are no refunds or exchanges on any retail products.  All sales are final.


We gladly accept Cash, all major debit or credit cards such as Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express. 

No personal checks are accepted.


Gratuity is not included for your personal service, it is customary and given to your service provider at your discretion and always appreciated.  


Health / Medications / Allergies / Sensitivities

Please advise us of any health issues, this is your responsibility, such as:  certain medications, high blood pressure, heart condition, allergies, pregnancy, skin conditions, thin skin, sensitive, dehydration or any condition that may prohibit a particular treatment.  Skin can or may lift and show signs of redness & blood.  All fees are still applicable if the service is not completed due to you not being able to wax or you stopping the service. We can only give our recommendations of visible signs of contraindications.  Not all conditions are visible to the eye.  Wax at your own risk.


If you’re currently using any of the following Rx medications, discontinue use for a minimum of three (3) months prior to waxing. If on Accutane, stop use one (1) year prior to waxing.


Any of the following products can make your skin more sensitive & cause lifting. Be aware that thin, sensitive skin is more vulnerable to lifting and sensitivity during waxing. This is not an all inclusive list consult your physician if you are unsure.

Personal Belongings

We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles. We recommend that you leave your valuables at home. 

Age Requirements

Adults 18 and older only, ID required.

Any Tattoo, Microblading, Permanent Makeup - PMU, Intimate Skin Brightening Services, Lash Lift & all Tinting can ONLY be administered to Adults over 18 years of age.
